Refunds
Celestin carefully constructs all garments in-house, ensuring every piece is quality checked. Due to our business order being made-to-order. We don’t offer refunds for the wrong size or a change of mind. If a piece was made to your measurements but it doesn’t fit you the way you desire it to. Then, depending on the required changes we can give you complementary alterations. If the product is returned to us safely, we will give you a store credit note.
If the product was faulty when you received it you are entitled to a refund or replacement product. If this is the case, then a full refund (product price + shipping price) will be given if it meets the following requirements:

Was returned within 30 days of you receiving the order.
Exchanges
Did you get the wrong size? I’m happy to exchange your order for another size or product of the same value. An exchange will be granted if the garment in exchange meets the following requirements

Exchanges are only applicable if we have enough remaining fabric to create a new size. Exchanges aren’t applicable to clothing made to your custom measurements.
1 time alterations
Depending on what you might be having issues with I may be able to fix it with my one time alteration warranty. This will be granted if the garment meets the following.

The customer will be required to pay for all shipping fees involved
Gift Cards
Gift cards can't be returned or refunded.
Sale Items
All sale items sold can be returned following the return policies above only in exchange for an online store credit note. Customers must pay for return shipping.
IMPORTANT
According to Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund on items due to a change of mind, the fit, the wrong size or the wrong colour.
When returning garments, the customer is required to pay for any shipping fees involved.
If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If Celestin doesn't receive it credit notes, exchanges and alterations can't be completed.
